Due to the nature of our business as a Print-on-Demand (POD) service, we do not maintain stock and, therefore, cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage or loss in transit.
2. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. To process a replacement, we require clear photographs of the damaged item, including the packaging. This is necessary for us to assess the damage accurately and provide you with a suitable solution.
3. Lost in Transit
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. If the investigation determines that the package is indeed lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
4. Sizing Issues
